BONGO one-year-old, shepherd mix, approx. 55 pounds (T60847)

ADOPTED!

Bongo was brought to North Shore Animal League America from a local municipal shelter in Tennessee on March 2nd, 2005.

Bongo is a southern gentleman that loves to play and sit in your lap. He also likes other dogs and is involved in all playgroups at the League.   He is obviously a very social character.  He is a bit fearful, though, of human strangers, but once you gain his full trust he is a perfect family pet.

On January 13th the League celebrated his 1st birthday with cake, treats and decorations. A perfect birthday present for this special boy would be a loving family to call his own.

Will be seen in the upcoming
feature film documentary about
the "Animal Welfare/Rights Movement"
 by producer/director Curt Johnson
